• Onboarding initiated from recruiting not appearing in onboarding dashboard
• Onboarding2Workflow entered exception message in BPE Monitor

Event Reason Name contains () 

1. Check suite integration for values sent from recruiting
2. Notice for Event reason name passed is TEST (ONBOARDING) 
3. Event reason name should not contain ()
4. This is not best practice as usually value inside () can be seen as the external code of the event reason and confuse the system. 
5. Update all event reason names so no () brackets are contained in value, also ensure to update translation values for event reason.
6. Once corrected, restart the failed process task from Manage Process Tasks page
