3431451 - DCO does not work with encrypted passwords using -X option on ISQL - ECDA/DCO

Symptom

Attempt to connect to DCI using -X option on ISQL fails:

CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
