3431496 - Skip NHDR step for Internal Hire Initiated from EC - Onboarding

• Need to skip New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step for internal hires when initiated from EC. However NHDR step should be triggered for internal hires when initiated from recruiting.
• Rule ONB2_HMReviewCheck does not respect Process Initiation Type condition

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure rule ONB2_HMReviewCheck with condition of If Process.Process Trigger.Process Initiation Type is equal to "Internal Hire Initiated from Recruiting"
2. Initiate onboarding from recruiting for internal hire
3. NHDR step is skipped
4. NHDR step should only be skipped if internal hire is initiated from EC
5. Notice two processes created and second process as Process Initiation Type of "Crossboarding Initiated from Employee Central"

1. It is expected that two process triggers are created when initiated from recruiting.
2. However just one will be in open state. One process trigger is an intermediate trigger when data is saved from recruiting to EC and other is actual trigger for which process is open.
3. System is missing configuration for Source System for Onboarding. Process Initiation Type field will be set to Recruiting automatically based on the source system field. 

1. Configure Source System for Onboarding field as per guide
2. Once field is configured please test with new candidate
3. NHDR step should be skipped if initiated from EC and triggered if initiated from recruiting based on rule condition of If Process.Process Trigger.Process Initiation Type is equal to "Internal Hire Initiated from Recruiting" in rule ONB2_HMReviewCheck
