When running the (new) ESEF 2022 validation on the instance, the validation report has no ESEF errors - in fact, there is no ESEF tab at all in the report
The error [ESEF.2.6.1.reportIncorrectlyPlacedInPackage] is always expected, so it seems the report is incomplete
