3431596 - Unable To Hide Contract Type Value In Advance Search

Not able to hide contract type value in advance search.

SAP Cloud for Customer 

Prerequisite: Sales and service contracts are existing in the system.

1. Navigate to Contract work center.
2. Select query "All", to view list of all contracts.
3. Click on advance search on List of contract screen.
4. Go to Field "Type".
5. Click on Drop down on "Type" field.
6. Multiple dropdown values seen.
7. Contract type value "XXXX" to be hidden, where XXXX represents a dropdown value of contract type.
8. Go to Adaptation mode.
9. Option to hide XXXX in dropdown option of field "type" does not exist.

Option to hide dropdown value of XXXX contract type, in advance search is not available for contract type "XXXX", as there are transactions of specific contract type "XXXX" exists in the system.

Contract types with existing transaction ID, cannot be hidden from the field Contract type on advance search. This is current and expected behaviour.

Refer below towards workaround option:

Define a "New" customer query type other than standard "All" for Contract. In advance search for the new query defined, for the field "type" and exclude the values which should not be seen in drop down. Once done hide the standard "All" query for Contract on OWL.
