3431706 - Error While Copying Access Rights From One User to Another User

User trying to copy access rights from one user to another user

SAP Cloud for Customer

• Navigate to Application and User Management Work center view
• Choose Business user view
• Select user ID 
• Open access rights 
• Choose Actions 
• Select  "Copy from User"
• Select the user ID from whom you want to copy access rights 

System throws Error: Error while assigning access rights for User ID; try again  

Work Center View INT_OVERVIEW which is under work center INT_INTRASTAT is Invalid, which is already assigned to user ID ,so system is not able to copy the views from one user to another user.

Before copying all the views from one user to another user , kindly unassign Work Center View INT_OVERVIEW which is under work center INT_INTRASTAT  and then follow below steps to copy access rights ,

• Navigate to Application and User Management Work center view
• Choose Business user view
• Select user ID 
• Open access rights 
• Choose Actions 
• Select  "Copy from User"
• Select the user ID from whom you want to copy access rights 

Copy the access rights ,invalid workcenter view assigned , KBA , SRD-CC-IAM , Identity & Access Management , Problem
