3431763 - Failure to Start HANA DB in Scale-out Mode

Symptom

Following some BIOS modifications and the stop/start of HANA DB via the operating system on Scale-out, the error below was encountered:

The databases.lst file under the operating system has been checked and found to exist with a size of 0. Attempts to rename and copy/modify the databases.lst also from another host have not resolved the issue.
