3431798 - Attribute Change Package (ACP) is not available for the upgrade

Symptom

  • During the generation of stack.xml file, the Attribute Change Package (ACP) is displayed as "locked"

  • ACP file is missing in the SAP Download Manager

  • During the upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM) in phase PREP_EXTRACT/SCAN_DOWNLOADDIR the following error is reported: 

    "The following archives are not found in the download directory:

    /xxxx/xxxx_xxxxxxx/Attribute Change Package name
