3431818 - Output condition set again each time if header output is opened in VF02

Symptom

With NAST based output, the output condition e.g. 'TM00' is correctly determined and found.

If in change mode in VF02 the header output screen (Goto -> Header -> Output) is opened, then 'TM00' is getting determined again. This can be repeated and each time a new line with 'TM00' is added.
