3431866 - Text not saved when using the Manage Sales Orders app (F1873) - SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402

When trying to populate the Header Text and Item Text for Sales Orders using the Manage Sales Orders app (F1873), the text does not save.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402

1. Open the Manage Sales Orders App. 
2. On the screen that appears select Create Order.
3. The Create Sales Order - Va01 screen will now appear.
4. Input the relevant Data.
5. Click Continue.
6. Populate the required data such as Sold-to, ship-to etc..
7. Input the material details.
8. Open the line item of the material that has just been added.
9. Open the "Texts" tab. 
10. Type an entry into the Material Sales Text input box.
11. Click save to create the Sales Order.
12. Navigate back to the Sales Order and view the text maintained at step 10.
13. No Texts are visible.

*Note the issue only happens when creating a Sales Order. 

Known coding issue

The correction is planned* to be delivered with Hotfix Collection 4.
The implementation is planned* to take place in the next maintenance window at the 02./03.03.2024.

As a workaround if texts are to be added at the point of creation within a sales order, please use the Manage Sales Orders - Version 2 app (F3893).
After the sales order has been created the user can use the Manage Sales Orders app (F1873) in change mode to change the text data on already created sales orders.
