3431882 - Unable to any select completion status when creating program

When creating a program unable to select the completion status for the program.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Admin > References > Manage Users Learning > Completion Status. Confirm completion status exits.
2. Learning Admin > Learning Activities > Programs > Add new.
3. Unable to add the completion status. 

When creating completion status, the Credit Given needs to be true.

Only those completion statuses where Credit Given is true will show up in Program. 

The completion status needs to be set to "Credit Given" for it to be available for selection in program creation.
