3432060 - Japanese Characters are replaced with Latin characters when using interpretation algorithms 015 for program RFEBJP0X

When using T-code IBSX_JP (program RFEBJP0X) to upload bank statement of ZENGINKYO format, the interpretation algorithms 015 are utilized to identify and clear open items, 
However, there an issue where the assignment field (ZUONR) containing Japanese characters is converted into Latin characters, resulting in the failure to clear the open item.
