3432149 - PY-FR: DSN block 44 and appearance of the different codes

Symptom

Some clarifications regarding the appearence of the different codes in block 44:

1.- You run the DSN declaration (RPLDSNF0) and in the declaration period the non-taxable codes (002, 004, 006, 008...) don't appear in the declaration period in case the payroll area is shifted ( paie decalée/shifted pay)

2. - You try to display the bloc 44 - even if forcing it with the flag outside the declaration period- but you only get displayed codes 001/003/005, and not codes 007/013.
