3432171 - Job Requisition Created email sends for failed requisitions

When trying to create a Job requisition using SFAPI an error occurs. The error could be due to several reasons, for example the operator missing login permissions. Even though the error occurred and the requisition was not created, the "Job Requisition Created" email is still sent.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This has been confirmed by product management to be expected behaviour due to a limitation of SFAPI.
