3432193 - Encountering 404 - Not Found and Connection Termination Errors in UWL Task

Symptom

  • After upgrading from SAP NetWeaver 7.3 to 7.5, the Universal Worklist (UWL) has been registered in the new system using an alias name.
  • The UWL alias registration is successful, and standard tasks are maintained correctly in the XML configuration without errors.
  • Upon submitting a leave request, the notification is received in the MSS inbox. However, when attempting to open the work item, a 404 Not Found error and connection termination error is encountered.
