3432448 - Web Channel Campaign Preview Not Working for Logged-in Users

Symptom

You have created a web channel campaign and in the "Session Filter" tab you added the Logged-in condition and saved your campaign. Once you try to check the content via the "Preview" button, it does not show the content.
