Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Navigate to Home dropdown > Continuous Performance
- Select View By Goal
- Under the Not Linked to Performance/Development Goals column, select an activity
- Under the Goal section, see Linked Goals (1)
Cause
The activities are from a non-default goal plan
Resolution
It's expected behavior for the Not Linked to Performance/Development Goals column to include activities for non-default goals. This will apply regardless of the Activity status. If the activities from non-default goal plans need to be cleared, you can do one of the following:
- Delete the activity
- Clear the activity by completing a 1:1 Meeting:
- Ensure the Clear after Capturing Meeting is enabled for the activity status: Using Continuous Performance Management - Adding Activity Status Labels to CPM (Latest)
- Start a 1:1 Meeting and change the activity to a status with Clear after Capturing Meeting enabled: Using Continuous Performance Management - Capturing Meeting Notes for 1:1 via the Web Application (Latest Version)
