3432530 - CL_SHM_AREA error When retrieving Member Formulas in EPM add-in report

Symptom

  • When refreshing the EPM add-in report with member formulas, there is no data returned. Even clicking refresh selected data in a cell, it still shows a blank cell.
  • In SLG1, error is found.
    Cannot get hierarchy /CPMB/DLDUI1U of dimension PARENTH1, please check shared memory size.
    Cannot get hierarchy /CPMB/DLDRJDK of dimension PARENTH2, please check shared memory size.
    Cannot get hierarchy /CPMB/DLDRJDK of dimension PARENTH1, please check shared memory size.
    Class: CL_SHM_AREA Method:_ATTACH_READ71 Line:2 Text: In the same internal session, there is already a read lock on the instance.
