3432538 - Data not flowing from RCM and ONB 1.0 to Add New Employee screen via Manage Pending Hire

When a candidate is hired through Onboarding/Recruiting > Manage Pending Hire, data is not flowing from RCM/ONB 1.0 to Add New Employee screen.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add New Employee

Prerequisite - The Field has Visibility as "View"(readOnly) in Manage Business Configuration.

1. Navigate to Manage pending recruits.
2. Select the user.
3. Fill all the required fields and check the field.
4. We could see the field value is empty/Null.

This is by system design. RCM and ONB prefill mapping value cannot apply to an originally "View"(readOnly) field.

• Change the field Visibility to "Edit" in Manage Business Configuration. 
• Configure Business rule as onChange/onInit rule to make it as "View"(read-only) in Add New Employee Screen.
