3432651 - Locks are not releasing automatically for CUBE data deletion variant in Process Chain

Symptom

It is noticed that the variant "Complete Deletion of Data Target Contents" is stuck, causing the process chain run to fail. When checking the locks in SM12, a lock on table RSPCENQUEUE with argument DROPCUBE_<Variant_name> is seen.
