You are using the new "My Home in SAP S/4HANA" where you recorded some favorite apps. At some point you realize the favorite apps are not displayed anymore.
As a developer you detect that the loading of the personalization failed in the current session. You ‘ll find the following error message in the console log:
“Prior personalization loading failed, cancelling save to prevent data loss. Saving this personalization will only be possible after reloading the FLP again.”
