Product enhancement

Integration Center currently allows a maximum of 1000 records to be exported via the UI. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Configure Fields" tab and change the Maximum Preview Items to the desired number, the maximum allowed is 1000 records:


2. Switch to Tabular View and go to Save --> Download Preview. A csv file will be automatically downloaded.

3. Alternatively, if the job allows it, go to the Scheduling tab and select an SFTP location of your choice to export the entire file to:



NOTE: there are currently no plans to offer any other functionality for a full file download. Should you have a strong business requirement for it, please log an Influence request via our Influence channel: influence.sap.com
