Resolution

Starting from 2402 you can use Intelligent Test Scoper Application by assigning the Successor Business Catalog SAP_CA_BC_AUTO_TEST_PC 

And also, all test automation functionalities would be part of existing business catalog SAP_CA_BC_AUTO_TEST_PC.
