3432914 - HTTP Load Distribution Using SAP Message Server does not goes to specified logon group

• HTTP service is defined on transaction SICF to make use of a specific logon group for load balancing

• That logon group is defined on transaction SMLG for a specific set of instances, but being ignored.
  ie. when the service is called through the message server or SAP Web dispatcher address, instances that are not included on the logon group are sometimes used.
