3432928 - Login issue seen in SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)

Symptom

  • When attempting to login to SAP Central Business Configuration system (CBC), you are met with an error message on Identity Authentication (IAS): 

    Identity provider cannot process the request because the configuration is incorrect. Please contact your system administrator.

    Troubleshooting
    You can provide the following correlation ID to your administrator: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

  • In IAS Troubleshooting Log, the following error message can be seen:

    Attribute with name loginName is not supported. Reason: none
