3432930 - Resource not available for staffing in Plan Customer Projects and Plan Internal Projects apps

When trying to staff a new resource to a work package, the employee popup does not display any result if the solution 1KC (Advanced Resource Management - Project-Based Services) is active.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to "Plan Customer Projects" or "Plan Internal Projects" app.
2. Select a project.
3. Click Edit and select the Work Packages tab.
4. Select a work package.
5. Try to staff a resource to a role. The resource does not appear in the Worker pop-up.

This may be due to the deprecated business catalogs related to the solution 1KC (Advanced Resource Management - Project-Based Services).
These catalogs were deprecated and removed from the business role template SAP_BR_PROJECT_MANAGER_PROF in the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud 2402 release.

Manually add the following deprecated business catalogs to the Project Manager business role.

• Resource Management - Staff Customer Projects (SAP_CA_BC_RSH_CUSTPROJ_PSP_PC)
• Resource Management - Staff Internal Projects (SAP_CA_BC_RSH_INTPROJ_PSP_PC)
