Symptom
- Error: “Account Information Not Recognized: The CMS system database is not available. This error cannot be rectified by the end user. Report this error to your system administrator or database administrator. (FWM 02088)” occurs when login to BI Launchpad or Central Management Console (CMC).
- Below error's are observed in CMS traces:
2024 02 07 18:31:16:727|assert failure: (DB2Database.cpp:327). (SQL_SUCCEEDED(rc) : [IBM][CLI Driver] SQL30081N A communication error has been detected. Communication protocol being used: "TCP/IP". Communication API being used: "SOCKETS". Location where the error was detected: "40.3.144.180". Communication function detecting the error: "recv". Protocol specific error code(s): "10060", "*", "*". SQLSTATE=08001
2024 02 07 18:31:27:331|assert failure: (InboxCleaner.cpp:230). (false : InboxCleaner::run: SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: CMS system database "<database_name>" is not available. The error cannot be rectified by the end user. Please report this error to your system administrator or database administrator. (FWB 00024) No database connections remaining.
