3433242 - Warehouse Orders not found during RF Picking - S/4HANA Public Cloud

Symptom

The customer is getting the error message "Suitable warehouse orders were not found (SCWM/RF_EN056)" while performing picking by WO via the RF path: Outbound process > Picking > Picking by WO.

 

Environment

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the Test RF Environment APP;
  2. Click on the "Outbound Process" button;
  3. Select the "Picking" option.
  4. Select the "Picking by WO" option.
  5. Display the WO number;

Error occurs.

Cause

It's missing a resource assigned to a queue, and have both resource and the queue assigned to the Warehouse Order. Moreover, it should use a resource that has the same resource type assigned as in the Warehouse Order. 

Resolution

To maintain the resource and the queue assigned to your Warehouse Order (WO), please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Warehouse Monitor APP and go to the Resource Management tab.Under the Resource tab, check if there is a user logged on to the Resource you want to use. If there is a user logged on, log them off from the resource;
  2. Navigate to the Documents tab and look for the Warehouse Order in the list.Click on the More Methods Button and assign an available Resource and Queue for the WO;
  3. Make sure to use a Resource that has the same Resource Type assigned to the Warehouse Order. If you need to change the Resource Type of an specific Resouce, you can use the APP Maintain Resources;
  4. Log on to the RF environment using the resource that was assigned to the WO.
