3433295 - "You do not have authorization to Change the data" is raised when trying to change data in the Sales Organization structure CE2402

While trying to make changes to configuration steps such as SSCUID 105866: Maintain Sales office, SSCUID 102287: Assign Sales organization – Distribution Channel – Plant, the following error message is raised "You do not have authorization to Change the data".

Catalog Sales - Master Data Configuration (SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD2_PC)  has not been assigned to the user.

This business catalog ((SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD2_PC) is new with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402. It provides access to the following configuration activities relevant to all system clients:

• Maintain Sales Organizations
• Maintain Distribution Channels
• Maintain Divisions
• Maintain Sales Office
• Maintain Sales Group
• Assign Sales Organization - Distribution Channel - Plant

These configuration activities have been removed from the business catalog Central Business Configuration - General Configuration (SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_CBC_PC).

The new business catalog Sales - Master Data Configuration (SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD2_PC) is delivered as part of the Configuration Expert - Business Process Configuration (SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT) business role template.
