3433316 - Error Message "Identification category HCM001 is not assigned to an identification type" Displayed in Maintain Employees App

Symptom

When creating employees in Maintain Employees v2 app, the following error message raised:

 "Identification category HCM001 is not assigned to an identification type"

This error message is from Business Partner API and shows that basic customizing at Business Partner is missing.
