3433325 - Onboarding Dashboard issue with BPE Error: Business Key 'Start Date" has invalid value:  for entity payComponentRecurring key null - Onboarding

Candidates are not reaching Onboarding Dashboard after initiated from Recruiting.

Check the BPE tile and there is an error message for affected candidate(s): Error - Business Key 'Start Date" has invalid value:  for entity payComponentRecurring for userSysId: 123456 Element Type - null, Key - null

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

PayComponentRecurring amount is passed from Recruiting, but start date for the same entity is not.

Even though Start Date is not as mandatory in Recruit to Hire data mapping, once the Amount is passed, start date of the same entity (if there is more than one, for example) should not be 'Null'. In order to correct it, reinitiate candidate from Recruiting and pass the Start Date this time.

If you are not sure if this is being passed, you can create a case with Onboarding Support team (LOD-SF-OBX-RCM) as we can access Provisioning side and confirm if this is the behavior indeed. Inform:

• Company ID
• Support Access
• Candidate's information, such as: email address, process ID, Requisition ID, User ID.

Important to note! If Start Date is being defined by custom business rule, and yet is not properly working, Support team does not deliver consulting solution.
