3433394 - Changes and required actions related to Planned Preview migration - Recruiting Marketing

The enablement of the new Unified Data Model features mandate that RMK and BizX are located within the same region.
As part of our continued efforts to deliver the best service possible to our customers, SAP is undertaking a project in 2025 to migrate our Recruiting Marketing (RMK) customers to DCs matching the HXM suite.
This migration will be completed to co-locate your RMK and BizX tenants in the same region, supporting the new Unified Data Model. 
For those customers moving to a different region, this migration will come with a few important changes.

This KBA is intended to highlight these changes and any associated actions for our customers.

The dates for the migration of your systems will be communicated through existing e-mail notifications for SuccessFactors, starting from May 2025 onwards.

Change to RMK Portal URL

Currently the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) structure is the following in Preview: xxx.valhallax.stage.jobs2web.com
where xxx is the desired name that the customer decided to use at the time of their RMK instance implementation and x is the reference to the datacenter.

This desired name will remain, however the URL will change, depending on the destination datacenter. 

Eg: rmktest.valhalla55.stage.jobs2web.com is the current URL in preview for DC55. After migration to DC66, the new portalURL will be: rmktest.valhalla10.stage.jobs2web.com

Required actions : If you have any testing applications or third party integrations calling the URL, make sure you update the URL.

Change to IP address

The IP address for the RMK service (PortalURL) will also be changed, based on the destination datacenter.
Currently the Legacy Preview IP address is: 23.253.31.170

Eg.: if the customer is migrated to DC62, the portalURL will be changed to DESIREDNAME.valhalla19.stage.jobs2web.com and the IP address for this URL will be: 20.201.47.58

Required Actions: If you have any allowlisting on the networks you use to access your Preview Instance of Recruiting Marketing and/or you have any third party integrations that limit connectivity to or from our servers Please make sure you update any appropriate ACL with the new IP address and domain.
