Symptom
After migrating to Talent Intelligence Hub, searching for a competency rating and selecting a rating range shows results based on previous ratings and not current ratings.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management
- SAP Successfactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Navigate to Admin Center > Go to Talent Search
- Select More options...
- Locate Ratings & Attributes > select the + icon or the down arrow > Select Competencies...
- Locate a competency and check the box to select it > Select
- Set the FROM and To fields to the same value (i.e., "4" to "4") > Search
- Results generate users who previously had the value instead of users who currently have the value
Resolution
A job will need to be processed to migrate growth portfolio data into the table that Talent Search can pull from:
- Log in to system
- Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
- Select the Job Scheduler tab
- Select + Create Job Request
- Populate the following:
- Job Name: Migrate Portfolio Data to Growth Portfolio
- Job Type: Migrate Portfolio Data to Growth Portfolio
- Occurrence: One-Time
- Start: [select current date and time]
- Select Submit
- Locate the job and select Actions > Run It Now
- Note: The job will process and can take up to 3 hours for data to populate depending on the amount of data in your system.
