3433432 - IAS Error: "error":"invalid_client", "error_description":"Bad credentials"

Symptom

Afor a custom, single-page  OIDC application with IAS as the IdP fails with error:

 "error":"invalid_client", "error_description":"Bad credentials"

Per the IAS logs, the jwtToken from IAS to the OIDC Client is generated correctly. The jwtPayLoad is being generated successfully.
