When new hire employees join, there is no function that supports auto assignment of goals to them.

Currently there is no standard function that supports auto assigning goals to new hire employees.

Workaround

1. You can upload the goals manually for new hire employees via goal import.

2. You can build a goal library for new hires to add goals to their goal plan.
