3433531 - Custom fields are not visible

Symptom

Customer fields have been created in the app "Custom Fields” for the Business Context – Service Header or Service Item.  For instance

New fields have correctly added to table CRMS4_SERV_I . However, they cannot be included in the FIORI app or CRMWebUI.

There is not any option to add these custom fields in the Service documents.
