Symptom

You have an onSave business rule which checks the 'Employee Status' field on submission of hires/rehires, and based on its value, another field is changed/set to a particular value - however, for hires it is always picking up 'Active', or for rehires it is always picking up 'Inactive' / 'Terminated'.
