3433738 - Billing document posting via output channel IDOC does not work

• Your business user is assigned a business role based on the the SAP_BR_BILLING_CLERK business role template.  
• After the upgrade to SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402, accounts payable postings via output channel IDOC are not possible for billing documents used in intercompany processes. 
• In the Message Monitoring for Administrators app, you receive the following error as a log message: “You have no authorization for posting in functional area <xyz>.”

The Functional Area (FKBER) restriction type is now mandatory to perform these postings. The business role template SAP_BR_BILLING_CLERK currently doesn't allow you to maintain the required authorization.

You can assign a business catalog with access level 'Write' for the Functional Area restriction type (FKBER) to your business role.
You can use the Display Restriction Types app to identify a suitable business catalog.
