When trying to complete the JDM to JPB migration, the migration fails with an error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
3. In the Job Type dropdown, select JDM Old to New Sync
4. Select View Details
5. See error

Active roles are missing en_US translations

Job Profile Builder requires en_US translations to be maintained for all active roles so these must be populated before attempting the migration. Please follow the below steps:

1. Export roles following the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Exporting Your Job Profile Data Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. Ensure en_US translations are populated for all active roles
3. Import the roles with the new translations following the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Importing New Job Profile Content Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
