Add Learning History with Finance is not displaying cost names for an item.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Manage User Learning
2. Add Learning History with Finance
3. Select Item
4. Search for Item
5. Select your Item
6. Enter Record Information and click Next
7. Select a User and click Next
8. In Edit User Event Information add the relevant details and click Next 
9. Notice that you do not see the cost names you have configured in the system

For the cost name to show for an item you must have both the Item and User option ticked on the Cost Name entity.

1. References
2. Finance
3. Cost Name
4. Edit Cost name you want to show
5. In Summary tab select both Item and User.

It will then show successfully in 'Add learning history with finance' process.
