3433919 - Service Orders Are Not Displayed in C4C at Premise Level

Symptom

Service orders are not displayed at C4C Premise when the service order is created for meter change, once the meter is removed and when the equipment is not valid on the service order start date. 

In S/4HANA Utilities, a meter removal order is created to change the meter. The service order has a basic start date, in this example, defined as January 16th, and basic end date as January 19th.

When a meter is removed on the key date, January 12th, S/4HANA internally deactivates the meter the day before its key date, which is January 11th. This falls before the order's basic start date of January 16th.
