3434004 - AIF - How to mass cancel AIF error messages in SAP S/4HANA Cloud system

Symptom

There are a large number of AIF messages in error status which are need to be deleted in Fiori App Message Monitoring for SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

Open Fiori App 'Message Monitoring' and check the message in error status.

Cause

Messages in error status can not be deleted automatically.

Resolution

  1. Open Fiori app 'Message Monitoring for integration Experts'
  2. Choose the Interface in which you want to delete messages
  3. Check all of the error messages.
  4. Click 'Mass Error Handling' .
  5. Select messages based on timestamps or message log to choose the messages which needs to be cancelled.
  6. Click 'Cancel' -> Cancel all messages.
  7. The status of cancel messages can be changed in interface /AIFMP - MASS_PROC - 00001.
