3434058 - Voluntary Self-identification for Disability has error and missing values - Onboarding

• Select a candidate on Onboarding Dashboard, by clicking on compliance form and choose Voluntary Self-Identification for Disability error is displayed: "Invalid property names : Invalid property names: EmpJob/jobTitle. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted."
• Fields i.e First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, appears to be blank. Candidate cannot proceed and submit task.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

job-title field is disabled.

• Job-title must be enabled for this value to appear in the form when it is signed by the onboardee. 
• To correct this issue for affected candidates, please enable job-title from Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo entity and restart the onboarding process for them.
• If the issue persist, please disable the From in Compliance Settings and enable after 5 minutes. Once done, perform odata refresh and run the Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job.
