3434087 - Competencies (All Types) Do Not Show on Performance Forms When Scheduled to Launch

Competencies do not populate in performance forms launched via Schedule Form Job or business rules, but they are populated when performance forms are launched manually.

1. Create one of the following to schedule the launch of performance forms:
   • Business rule
   • Intelligent Services Center
   • Manage Scheduled Reviews
2. Notice performance forms launch with missing competencies
3. Manually Launch performance form (from inbox)and see competencies generate

When scheduling form launches, the system retrieves permission from the job executor’s user account

1. Check if the Competency Object definition has Secured=Yes:
   1. Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions
   2. Select Object Definition > Competency
         
2. If the competency object has secured=Yes, grant the job executor permission to access competencies:
   1. Admin Center > Manage Permission Role
   2. Select role of job executor
   3. Select Permission... link
   4. Under User Permissions section, select Miscellaneous Permissions
   5. Grant permission to the Competency section
