3434098 - Non-central Adapter Engine is not visible in communication channel

Trying to connect a non-central Adapter Engine to a "Process Orchestration (PO)" system and while creating a communication channel in the Integration Builder only the Central Adapter Engine is visible and "Non-central Adapter Engine" is missing.

- Configured the wizard by following the SAP Note: 1525614 - Configuration Wizard: PI Adapter Engine for AEX
- Followed the SAP Note:  2773126 - Non-Central Advanced Adapter Engine is missing

After checking the above notes and implementing the resolution still the "Non-central Adapter Engine" is missing and not visible in the channel.
