Is it possible to remove visibility for the View Job Profile button on the Job Requisition to certain Users?

It's not possible to remove the visibility to this button for a certain User, even by removing Job Profile RBP's and all field permissions. The User itself still see's the button & when they click into the Job Profile they will get the error "User does not have permission to perform this action" as they do not have either view or write permission to the "listingLayout" field on the Job Requisition Template.
