Symptom

This article covers on how to edit Onboarding/Offboarding programs.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

In the order to edit an Onboarding/Offboarding program follow the steps below:

  1. Access "Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks" 
  2. Select the Onboarding/Offboarding program to be changed in the respective tab
  3. When opening the program it can be confirmed all the options that can be changed

Important note: For already created processes/candidates the changes won't apply as it will be available only for the next created processes.
