3434288 - How to check if the Candidate's information changed between Onboarding steps - Onboarding 1.0

• The candidate's have information changed from one step to the other in the Onboarding process, however Audit Trail shows no record on it
• This KBA explains how to validate if the information was changed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Check the candidate's information in Audit Trail.
2. No indication of the changes.

Note that Super Admin is for the backend of Onboarding 1.0, and only Partners and Support can access it. Please ask your Implementation Partner to perform the following steps.

1. To check if the information was changed you need to go to Super Admin > HR History.
2. Check the name of the key which the information was changed.
3. Copy the timestamp of the change in the key, and check the panel that the candidate passed in that time.
