3434375 - Error V2468: Sales Document Approval Prevents Changes in VA02

Symptom

  • Flexible workflow for approval of sales documents has been implemented in the system.
  • Older sales documents need to be deleted or completed for business compliance, but error V2468 is raised when opening the document in VA02: "Sales document & is in approval. No changes are allowed" 
  • The assigned workflow approver is unavailable, making it unclear how to proceed with completing or deleting the document.
