Is it possible to add a new field to an existing Job Application XML template without impacting existing Job Applications from Candidates that already applied?

It's currently not possible to apply changes to the Job Application XML template that would only impact new Job Applications.

The suggestion is to create a new Job Application XML template and add the new require field: Managing Candidates in SAP SuccessFactors
